We wish we could provide free site maps to every RV Resort in the country. We love staying in smaller parks and meeting folks, but our advertising sponsors expect a higher viewership of their ads for the price they pay to become a sponsor. We didn’t believe this in the beginning, but in sales, you learn your mistakes fast!
Over the years we continued to polish our qualifying program until success resulted almost every time we went to work. However, when the state of our economy grows, and in our discussions with advertisers, we find support for the smaller facilities, we will be thrilled to offer our program at a new level.
Currently, we evaluate with multiple methods, and eventually make a judgment call as to whether we can invest time and money into attempting a site map program. Our minimum qualifying criteria is:
1. A minimum of 75 RV sites (excluding tents, pop-ups, permanent sites, mobile homes, etc.) with at least water and electric.
2. At least 40% available rental sites.
3. A city within 20 miles with at least 75 restaurants.
4. Trailer Life Rating of 7+ and Woodall Rating of 4+ Stars.
5. B or better reviews from the various RV Park Review Sites.
6. A Third of the rental sites must have 50 amps, water, electric, & sewer.
7. A Third of the rental sites must truly be capable of handling Big Rigs 40’-42’.
Each resort that meets the above criteria will be considered by our staff for final workable determination. Locations sometimes prevent our reps from serving a particular park. Due to the economy and fuel prices, routes and tours are created to make the work profitable.
